Our four-part SURE Process takes successful dentists and puts them on the path to become multi-millionaires. We dive deep into your finances – both practice and personal – and build a custom plan to take dentists to the next level, then help you execute it completely.
We start out by having an initial conversation with a prospective client. The dentist discusses the issues they’re facing, how they’ve tried to solve them, and what has or hasn’t worked. We use that to determine whether or not the practice is ready for our brand of help. If so, we move on to the next step together. If not, we offer baseline materials to help get the practice to the right starting point.
The first step is to learn as much as possible about the dentist’s current personal and practice current status to see how we can help. That happens in our Wealth Workup. We take 20-40 hours to examine the full range of your financial documents – bank statements, taxes, and more – and prepare a thorough assessment to make the final determination. You’ll see live proof of how we start you on the path to becoming a multi-millionaire before you make any commitment to us. We also meet with doctor and spouse on a phone call to get a better feel for the way the practice and home are intertwined.
Next, you get to find out our plan for restoring clarity and order to your practice and your home finances. We will bring you to Indianapolis for an in-person meeting at our corporate headquarters to lay out your comprehensive financial strategy – a customized strategy that will change your life. At the end of all this, we know exactly what needs to be done to fix your practice. And so do you.
Now, the plan is put into action. It's not your job to make sure our strategies are put into action - it's ours. You're not on an island by yourself anymore. We're here for you every step of the way. We will keep in regular touch so you’re constantly aware of your financial health. You'll get advice whenever you need it. And this isn’t a temporary fix. We’ll be there year after year as your practice continues to grow and become stronger.
Jason knows first-hand the financial problems faced by dentists and specialists – his wife is a practicing orthodontist. He started Four Quadrants after dental clients from a previous financial planning career asked him to start a firm specializing in the financial struggles of dentists. Today Jason focuses on developing vision and strategy both for clients and for Four Quadrants. Anyone can compile data and examine it bit-by-bit. Jason takes the big picture, connecting all the parts of a problem and all the data to find the root cause and build a unique strategy. Jason enjoys being at home with his wife and two daughters, and loves being outdoors, spending much of his time working on his land or in his barn.
If you become a Four Quadrants client, Brogan’s a person you’ll get to know very well – he’s the first person you’ll work with when you begin the initial process. Brogan prides himself on his ability to multi-task and the relationships he builds with each and every client. He’s most skilled at making even the most complicated concepts easy to understand for our clients. In his leadership role as Chief Operating Officer and head of the Four Quadrants’ planning team, Brogan guides the efforts of the office and deals with high-level client challenges. He loves seeing the results of Four Quadrants’ work: helping dentists realize their dreams and changing the course of a family for generations to come. Brogan loves spending time with his wife and daughters, and likes to work outside, play golf, and root voraciously for the Indianapolis Colts.
Whatever your accounting needs are, Kathy can help. From your practice’s day-to-day accounting to tax research and quarterly estimates, she can handle anything. And that’s part of what she loves about working at Four Quadrants – a comprehensive approach to dental finance means she can help clients at every level directly, every day. In her free time, Kathy enjoys road tripping to visit her kids at college, as well as playing tennis and walking her dog.
For Ryan, it’s always tax season. He helps Four Quadrants clients prepare for their final returns all year, to make tax time go as smoothly as possible. He loves working with numbers and sees a client’s books as a puzzle to solve – which makes him perfectly suited to handle monthly accounting and bookkeeping. But the best thing for Ryan is seeing the big picture results, when the clients he works with take big steps toward the retirement they’ve always dreamed of. For fun, Ryan likes to watch and play basketball – he went to Butler University, and as a student assistant got to go to the national championship twice.
Kelli has spent her career working in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Getting to be involved in all parts of the practice’s finances is what interests her – not just tax advisory or wealth management, but working in all parts of the practice. That’s why Four Quadrants Advisory’s comprehensive approach to finance appeals to her. In her free time, Kelli loves to hang out with her three children, watch sports, and play the piano.
Mathew wears a lot of hats for Four Quadrants, and that’s just fine with him. He's the main point of contact for all clients, ensuring dentists accurately navigate the path to regaining control of their finances so they can build a rock-solid foundation for retirement. He gets to do everything from preparing monthly output summaries based on client production to forecasting and current financial analysis for clients’ annual review, with some one-off investment projects in-between. What drives him to work hard every day is the results – he sees how clients grow and can see that the work has value to the dentists that he serves. Mathew played baseball in college and loves watching all sports in his free time now, when he’s not doing handyman work around the house or spending time with his wife and two children.
Brian is on the front lines at Four Quadrants – when a prospect comes calling, he qualifies them to see whether it’s a good fit for both sides, and whether the practice meets Four Quadrants’ standards. His favorite part of his job is talking to people about the challenges and problems of running a dental business, and figuring out if and how Four Quadrants can solve them. When Brian’s not at work, he’s with his wife and three sons, and they’re probably doing something fun outside.
Casey believes in the life-changing financial upside Four Quadrants gives to the clients with whom we work because he’s seen it first hand.
The central-Indiana native visits dentists and specialists at their practices or dental society meetings nationwide and joins Brian on the sales team. Casey, an active Purdue alumni, brings an impressive sales background from his time in Southern California and throughout the Midwest.
We’re glad to have him back home again in Westfield, Indiana with wife Lisa and daughter Emerson. He also finds time to volunteer as Vice President of Home Association Board for the Purdue chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and projects with business students there.
Will works alongside Mat on the Planning/Analytical side and is a “numbers nerd” (he came up with that, not us). With a background in personal financial advising, he understands how clients benefit from regaining control of their finances so they can build a rock-solid foundation for retirement. He is driven to always find areas of opportunity in our clients’ practice and personal investing.
An avid golfer, sports fanatic, world-renowned corn-hole champion, and Kentucky native, Four Quadrants' newest employee is a life-long UK basketball fan, that is when we allow him to cheer for them.
He looks forward to regular visits with family back home in Coal City, Ill., and going out with friends. Colton also enjoys attending sporting events and concerts with his girlfriend.
