Lily Smith is our dynamic Event Director. A Ball State University graduate with a Psychology degree and a Minor in Interpersonal Relations, Lily’s journey in event planning began as Vice President of her sorority, Kappa Delta. With a strong foundation in understanding people and building relationships, Lily honed her event management skills as Event Operations Manager for a local restaurant group. She has also expanded her expertise by planning nationwide conferences for a publishing and professional development company.
Lily brings a passion for planning and a keen eye for detail to every event.
When she's not crafting unforgettable experiences, Lily enjoys curling up with a good book, exploring new places, and attending live music events. She’s also a proud cat mom to Mantis and Trifecta the Three Legged Cat.
