FOUR QUADRANTS CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

Dr. Barry grew up in La Vista and is a graduate of Brigham Young University. He attended dental school at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he graduated with honors. Following graduation from dental school, he went on to specialize at one of the nation’s top 10 pediatric hospitals: Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. In 2009, he became board-certified and was recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Barry is fun-loving and active. He enjoys riding his bike and flying airplanes. He also enjoys vocal performance. Beginning with his days at Papillion-La Vista High School, Dr. Barry has performed and starred in musical productions such as South Pacific, The Music Man, and My Fair Lady.

He can often be found enjoying a family adventure with his wife, Cara, and their five wonderful children.

Dr. Barry Webber:

The reason why I love dentistry and why it's what I'm going to stick with for the remainder of my working days, I think there's an inherent need or desire to help people. I see a lot of kids suffer with pain and it makes it hard for them to learn at school or to enjoy their childhood. And so to know that I provide them a way out of that suffering is a big fulfillment for me.

Dr. Barry Webber:

I think the thing that makes us most unique is we really focus on the patient experience. I mean, we've tried to create an office that is very welcoming, it's fun and it looks like a forest. I've allowed for longer patient appointment visit. We're not trying to rush people through. We give them time to talk to the patients to interact with them, to teach them. And really we're trying to recreate what I had as a child going and loving being at the dentist, wanting to go back, knowing that I have a friend there who wants to hear about my life.

Dr. Barry Webber:

We were experiencing a lot of success in the practice, but I think it was a little bit of unorganized success. It wasn't efficient success. And I think what really peaked my interest and wanted me to work with Four Quadrants as I saw an opportunity to be more efficient and more organized in how we approach and utilize that success to become even stronger and better.

Cara Webber:

There was definitely a lot of conversations, a lot of skepticism at first. Is this too good to be true? Because everybody says, they're going to do these fabulous things and how real is it? So I expected to be pleased that they would deliver and they did, and they have. It was very impressive.

Four Quadrants:

Do you fly? Do you fly a plane?

Dr. Barry Webber:

I do. I am a pilot. So I've been interested in aviation my entire life. And so three years ago, I finally got my pilot's license. It's something that I enjoy doing. It allows me to unwind a little bit, it's a de-stressor. But it's also, it's an opportunity to take family and go and do some fun adventure over the weekend. And it makes it a little bit easier than some long drive. We can just fly there and do something fun and come back.

Dr. Barry Webber:

Working with the staff here at Four Quadrants has always been positive. I never feel like I can't call and ask a question big or small. They're very responsive to my concerns, my questions, any challenges that come up unexpectedly in the office. They have been so great to work with. And now that I've looked back last 12 months that we have completed all the steps of our plan, and now they've shown us the results and we're doing what they said that we would do, which has been great.

Cara Webber:

I would recommend Four Quadrants because it takes one of the harder parts, the business side, the financial side, and puts it in the hands of professionals. And that the doctor can do what they're trained to do, what they came into dentistry for. And put the other stuff into Four Quadrants' hands and let them handle what they study and what they love, and then work together to make it more successful.

Dr. Barry Webber:

The best news that I heard today was the practice that I had 12 months ago, and some of the issues, the problems, the inefficiencies that we had, have now all been resolved. And now we're in a position to just build upon that and get stronger and stronger and stronger. The problems are gone and now the opportunities are available for us to really do some great things moving forward.
