Rebekah Glasmeier

We met in the Air Force, at a small Air Force base in Mississippi. He kind of saw me, liked me, but didn't know how to ask me out I guess, because he was an officer and I was enlisted and you're not supposed to cross that path at all. In order to be able to see me, he put me in a class two category, which meant I was non-deployable.

Michael Glasmeier

It was more of like, I need more opportunities to get to know her. So if I have to extend the length of treatment, I have no problem doing that, which is perfectly acceptable.

Rebekah Glasmeier

And I got good dental work out of it too. So yeah.

Michael Glasmeier

Definitely mutually beneficial. I had undertaken two dental practices that were drastically different from each other. And I just got overwhelmed very, very quickly over the first couple of years of that.

Rebekah Glasmeier

He just wasn't present with the family much. He was working way too much. I was struggling at home by myself, which would cause us to not get along as well as we should have been. We weren't in a downward spiral, but we definitely did not know what to do.

Michael Glasmeier

Along the way, my friend, Blake checked in, said, "How are you doing?" And I kind of told them how I was being stressed out, physically, psychologically, financially. And I just didn't know who to turn to. Blake had suggested I speak with Four Quadrants.

Rebekah Glasmeier

He had come home one night and said, "I heard about this company, they're called Four Quadrants. I don't know. I mean, it's all under one roof. I've always said, I always wanted everyone to work together to figure out what's going on and how to fix it." And I was like, "I'm on board."

When we built our new office, we were going into a very competitive area that we live in, a very affluent area. And our goal was to build a contemporary office that not only looked great aesthetically, but we wanted to be able to offer things that make us different.

Rebekah Glasmeier

We have three children, both of our boys were diagnosed with autism, both at age two. Seeing that we had a child with autism and seeing the need for a dentist who understood the needs of children with special needs, we started to implement special needs dentistry into this practice. And when I say it took off, I mean, it took off. So our practice, that was already growing, doubled. We outgrew it, completely outgrew it. And we have turned that into what we have now, which is a brand new, beautiful office that we built from the ground up. And it has everything in place that we would ever want.

Michael Glasmeier

We wanted to bring some things to the table that were totally different. So we thought having a therapy dog would be a neat way of breaking anxiety for people that are fearful or anxious at going to the dentist. We also wanted to have a room that could kind of appeal to the census of people that have medical or intellectual disabilities, kind of giving them a place of comfort by having a dog and having a room that we could basically offer some things that a lot offices couldn't. One thing that I say when I'm talking to other people that are interested in Four Quadrants is the fact that they are like the masters of collaborating the dental practice as a whole. If I have a piece of equipment that I'm potentially buying for the practice, there's so many concerns that flood my mind about whether or not I should do it or not. In the past before Four Quadrants, I had a group of professionals that I would go and ask their opinion. The problem is they would never collaborate their opinion. So, I would get six different opinions that all kind of contradicted each other, which just basically drove me into more stress and confusion, how to make a decision of whether or not to do something or not. That's my big thing with Four Quadrants is the collaboration of every decision that we make is based on a group of people who all kind of coincide. I would recommend Four Quadrants because they represent the potential to kind of take back control of your life, and your practices and kind of harness it in a way where you use the energy in a constructive way that you can grow professionally and personally.

Rebekah Glasmeier

I would recommend Four Quadrants because they brought my husband back to me and they allowed him to have more of that freedom to be with his family and not have to struggle so much about decisions at work. So they blended that personal and business and made us happy again.
