They handle the financial side of things and they tell you, "You need to do this" and say "You should think about doing that". And obviously, you have the final approval. That's huge for me. I don't have time to think about everything. Sometimes, you just got to have somebody handling something that you're not most equipped to handle yourself.

My advice to somebody who's hesitant is: do dentistry. That's what you went to school for. Let the experts do the other stuff, that will make your life easier, whatever it costs, you'll get back many, manyfold. And from there, you'll see the value of joining.
